Japanese Dr. Mikao Usui discovered this Reiki in the 19th Century.

With Dr Kale, this Usui Reiki programme includes Attunements, Meditation and Methods to heal you and others. The Traditional Reiki starts with first degree and you can go up to the Grand Master level with Dr Kale.

In traditional Reiki, the symbols are introduced in the second degree or level-II, as there are no symbols provided in the first degree or level-I. With Dr Kale’s  programme, we work on 24 basic energy body points and on each point, we will work 3 minutes minimum, in other words, a full body session takes 72 minutes.

Traditional Reiki is the oldest form or orthodox form of Reiki, and the Master concentrates on the 4 upper chakras while attuning people. Dr. Chujiro Hayashi, Madam Hawayo Takata, Phyllis Furimoto and other Grand Masters contributed their efforts to promote Traditional Reiki in the World. Basically, this is a very easy to learn Reiki system.
